I will close this topic as the proposed LIP is withdrawn. Please provide any feedback regarding the new proposed DPoS system in the topic for the respective LIP:

• Introduce vote locking periods and new vote weight definition
• Use Randao-based scheme to include standby delegates and reorder delegate list
• Punish BFT violations
